I think being an artist means seeing the world a bit differently - always asking, "What if...?" and "How can I express that...?". My curiousity knows no bounds as I am:
always challenging myself with new mediums,
always exploring new territory,
always learning new things.
Being a creative director, art director and designer for ad agencies and Fortune 50 companies has allowed me to conceptualize advertising campaigns, oversee photoshoots, conceive designs, develop websites, finesse narratives, and strategize marketing. I helped deliver a significant impact on the economy of western North Carolina as a director of an important juried art show. As an illustrator of multiple books for both children and adults, I painted their stories to life through color and imagination.
